This is Set #29 of our Star Wars Tarot Card collection.
Each card in the Suit of Pentacles suit will contain a character and a sigil/logo representing a separate element from the Star Wars universe.
Five of Pentacles:
Saw Gerrera was a rebel leader who fought against the tyranny of the Galactic Empire. He had a noble cause, but he also faced many hardships and losses along the way. He lost his sister, his home planet, his friends, and his health. He became a bitter and ruthless fighter, willing to sacrifice anything and anyone for his cause. He was rejected by the Rebel Alliance, who considered him too extreme and dangerous. He lived in isolation and poverty, hiding in a base on the desert moon of Jedha. He relied on a cybernetic suit and a respirator to survive, as his body was ravaged by injuries and toxins. He was haunted by his past and his failures, and he felt alone and hopeless.Saw Gerrera represents the five of pentacles tarot card, which signifies hardship, rejection, and negative change in circumstances. He experienced financial loss, poverty, isolation, and worry. He had a lack mindset, focusing only on what he lacked and what he had lost. He failed to see the help and support that was available to him, such as the church in the background of the card. He also neglected his physical and mental health, and let his pain and anger consume him. He was a victim of his own circumstances, and he did not seek a way out of his misery. He was a tragic figure, who sacrificed everything for nothing.
Six of Pentacles:
The Six of Pentacles is a card that represents giving, receiving, sharing wealth, generosity, and charity. Leia Organa is known for her selflessness and generosity, as she has dedicated her life to fighting for the greater good of the galaxy. She is a leader who is always willing to help those in need, even if it means putting herself in danger. Her actions reflect the values of the Six of Pentacles tarot card.
These patches were made using aluminum blanks with a full color die sublimated transfer and hook-backing. They measure in at just under 3.5” tall. Only 50 sets are being made. Limit of 4 sets per person.
